Terms & Conditions

Before filling out the registration form, please read our terms and conditions carefully.

Lunch Policy

If you will be sending your child's lunch or snack, please be sure that your child's lunch is clearly marked with your child's name and last name. Glass bottles/containers are not allowed. Fizzy drinks are not allowed.

Monthly Fees

Full Day: R 1650.00/month
Half Day: R 1150.00/month
After Care: R 800.00/month
Casual Care: R 140.00/day

A penalty of 10% will be imposed on fees received after the third of each month.

Registration Fee

R600.00 (non-refundable) for new learners.
Stationery: R300.00/year (non-refundable)

Drop off and Pick up Times

Drop off: 7:00am - 8:00am for full day, half day and casual care
3:00pm for after care

Pick up: 12:00pm for half day
5:30pm for full day and aftercare

Late collection: R30.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes.

Permissions & Declarations

Do you give permission, in the event of emergency and in case we are unavailable, to authorize any physician, nurse practitioner or medical personnel to examine, interview, test and if necessary treat your child as they may deem advisable?

Who is financially responsible for the student?

Do you give permission to Early Learning Centre to photograph and/or videotape the student for educational or promotional purposes?

Do you state that your child is in good mental and physical health condition to participate in the activities provided by Early Learning Center? I am fully aware that any activity involving motion, height or athletic activity creates the possibility of injury. I hereby release Early Learning Center, its employees and its staff from liability to the above named learner occurring in the premises of Early Learning Center, and/or travel to and from such activities.

You do understand that Early Learning Center has the right to deny admittance to any student not meeting the standards of any program, as it seems fit. I also agree not to hold these parties responsible in the event that my son/daughter/child engages in inappropriate conduct or becomes involved in any activity or with any persons not associated with Early Learning Center. I further attest that the information contained in this application is correct to the best of my knowledge. In addition, I have agreed to the policy and fee statement and agree to comply.
